The Last Doctor

The Last Doctor is a solo journaling game where you play as the only remaining doctor in a plague-infected medieval village. Help will come, but only after 14 days. Meanwhile, all you can do is try to help the village.

This is a dice pool game. It requires at least one six-sided die (d6), but it would be helpful to have as many d6s as you have at hand. You also need one ten-sided die (d10) and a means to record the game. The game also include a fillable PDF file at the end to keep track of your game.

Content Warning: This game is about surviving a plague. There are mentions of illness, symptoms, and death. The game includes themes of severe illness, medical treatment, and the moral and ethical dilemmas associated with life-and-death decisions. It also features mentions of poison, and the potential for violence. Depending on the NPCs you create, it may result in the death of toddlers and children. There are also times where you may feel as though you have to choose which sick NPC you must save, and which you are forced to leave to succumb to death.
